This is a highly technical and hands-on position where you will lead and participate in multiple team environments while providing independent efforts across all aspects of system integration. From design and analysis to testing, implementation, and validation, you will be expected to be a self-starter capable of working with little to no supervision. You will serve as a key architect for enterprise-level networking and security, recommending optimized solutions that support both current operations and long-range planning. Your work will directly influence tool selection, efficiency improvements, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will monitor and resolve incidents for infrastructure running in Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services, while deploying and administering systems within those environments. You will support and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containers, designing requirements-based technical solutions for new projects and assisting in their transition to production. Beyond infrastructure, you will evaluate, build, and integrate systems for operational use, ensuring rapid remediation and deployment capabilities. You will also maintain and enhance existing applications, assessing them for performance deficiencies and ensuring they remain current with the latest programming language versions and releases.
Candidates selected for this position must be US Citizens with an active Department of Defense TOP SECRET clearance. The selection process includes a background screening, which may involve checks for criminal records, motor vehicle reports, and drug screening, depending on the specific requirements of the role. Background results are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and job-related concerns identified during screening may impact eligibility. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for employment.
