About the Opportunity

WSP is seeking a Certified Lead Industrial Hygienist to join our team in Lakewood, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Tucson, AZ. As part of WSP USA, the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms, you will play a vital role in designing lasting solutions for the environment and industrial sectors.

Your Impact

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, managing and providing technical support for a diverse array of Industrial Hygiene (IH) and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance projects. Your work will directly support the design and implementation of health and safety management systems, including alternatives analyses and process design.

Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting field assignments such as industrial hygiene monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveys, mold inspections, and indoor air quality assessments. You will also be responsible for preparing technical reports that document investigative procedures and data interpretation, as well as presenting findings at local and national conferences.

Beyond technical execution, you will cultivate client relationships and drive business development by identifying opportunities to grow the Industrial Hygiene national practice. You will also contribute to mentoring early-career team members, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements
