About the Opportunity

WSP is launching a search for a Certified Lead Industrial Hygienist to support our Lakewood, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Tucson, AZ offices. As part of WSP USA, the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms, you will join a team of engineers, planners, and technical experts dedicated to designing lasting solutions in the buildings, transportation, energy, water, and environment markets.

With over 15,000 employees across more than 300 offices, WSP partners with clients to help communities prosper. This role is designed for a professional ready to take on challenges that grow their career while making essential daily contributions to meeting client objectives and goals.

Your Impact

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety (EHS) projects. You will manage the full lifecycle of IH projects, from generating proposals and supervising field work to reviewing reports and preparing technical documentation. Your work will involve designing health and safety management systems, conducting EHS audits, and implementing project and site Health and Safety Plans (HASPs).

You will lead field assignments including industrial hygiene monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveys, mold inspections, and indoor air quality assessments. WSP offers a flexible and agile workplace model that meets client needs while providing a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on health and financial stability. We are committed to giving our employees the challenges they seek to expand their knowledge base and advance their careers.
