About the Role
As a Lead Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be a vital part of our operations at our recycling facilities and landfill in Naples, FL. This role is designed for those aspiring to advance their heavy equipment career in an environment that values determination and skill. You will operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders, playing a key role in moving raw materials and finished components. Your work is recognized for its direct impact on our operational success and environmental goals.
The position offers stable hours to support financial security and work-life balance. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 6:00 AM start on Wednesdays, and a Saturday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The role requires adherence to strict safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all landfill employees.
