About the Role
As a Lead Fixture Builder, you will serve as the primary technical resource for fixture builds, bridging the gap between engineering design and manufacturing execution. In this small-shop environment, you will balance hands-on fixture construction with team leadership, scheduling, and project coordination. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed to customer specifications while maintaining manufacturing efficiency. Your day will involve interpreting blueprints and technical documentation to guide the fabrication, modification, and repair of fixture components, performing precision fitting and functional testing to guarantee repeatability and quality.
