About the Role

As Lead Finance Analyst for Global Partner Solutions (GPS), you will provide financial leadership and strategic insight supporting Lumen's partner‑led growth initiatives within the Commercial organization. Operating within a dynamic, data‑driven environment, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights to inform decisions that shape business performance and future investment.

You will partner closely with GPS leadership, the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT), Strategy, RevOps, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Your work will enable effective planning, execution, and performance management across the GPS organization, supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives and compensation strategies.
