About the Role
This position is critical to our R&D environment, requiring a professional who can pivot quickly between tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for setting up, executing, and analyzing test experiments, while supporting the builds of test harnesses, racks, and environmental setups. The role involves updating existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, and coverage, alongside the maintenance and calibration of electrical and/or mechanical test equipment.
You will work closely with engineering instructions to troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronics, and integrated circuits to the component level. A key part of your day will involve creating assembly instructions, bills of materials, and documenting test plans, user instructions, and manuals. As this role requires access to export-controlled data, U.S. Person status is mandatory. The position may also require travel to test sites and external laboratories.
