About the Role
As a Lead Diesel Mechanic, you will oversee operations within our automotive maintenance division, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of our fleet. This position is designed for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance.
In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for a team of mechanics and technicians. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and heavy-duty machinery, ensuring that every vehicle is ready to tackle the next industrial challenge. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical issues and implementing accurate solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
