As a Lead Development Representative - Outbound B2B, you will be a vital part of bringing humanity to business. This role is designed for natural conversation starters who love turning curiosity into opportunity. You will engage with warm leads through outbound consultation with small business clients, working closely with a sales team to present solutions that save customers time and money. Whether entering a consultation with curiosity or providing quick answers, your goal is to transform average customer experiences into exceptional ones.
In this position, you will leverage your passion for goal setting and persuasive negotiation skills to connect with sophisticated customers and close larger deals. You will collaborate with business professionals to assess their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive sales by offering a comprehensive suite of solutions designed for small to mid-market businesses. Your ability to apply business acumen and sales expertise to address customer needs through consultative conversations will be key to identifying growth opportunities and making data-driven decisions.
