About the Role

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy a dynamic day-to-day experience that goes beyond standard duties. You will greet customers, manage the register, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally engage with our food program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts.

There is never a dull moment in this position. You will work across various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain our high standards while providing fast and friendly service. Success in this role requires the ability to think quickly, solve problems creatively, and collaborate with a team to accomplish daily goals. You will interact with many customers daily, ensuring a positive experience while fostering a fun atmosphere.
