About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at our Greenville, South Carolina location, you will join a dynamic team where there is never a dull moment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to be challenged. You will not only greet customers, manage the register, and make purchase suggestions but also gain valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
Your day will involve working across various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance and ensure exceptional customer service. You will interact with many customers daily while collaborating with your team to accomplish daily goals, solve problems creatively, and think quickly under pressure.
