Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative at our Fleming Island location. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will do more than just run the register. You will greet customers, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program. A key part of this position is gaining entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. You will work both inside and outside the store, maintaining high standards for store appearance and ensuring fast, friendly service for every customer.
There is never a dull moment in this role. You will interact with many customers daily, solving problems quickly and offering creative ideas to keep operations running smoothly. You will be part of a team that accomplishes daily goals together, all while having fun.
