Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative at our Fernandina Beach location. As a Lead, you will enjoy a dynamic day-to-day where there is never a dull moment. You will work across various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to our customers.
In this role, you will greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally assist with our food program. A key part of your day involves gaining entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. You will interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

This role requires the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. You must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. The position also involves pushing or pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift, and manipulating objects with hands. This work may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
