As a Lead CSR/Teller, you will serve as a vital link between the bank and its customers, providing excellent care regarding daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution. This role goes beyond standard duties; it requires exercising considerable independent judgment to perform the most complex tasks of a Customer Service Representative.
In this position, you will act as an office resource, monitoring operations behind the CSR line and assisting management in keeping the team up-to-date. You will be responsible for maintaining a position of trust by keeping all customer business confidential while ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. As a leader within the team, you will help identify capable staff for training new members and delegate work as needed, all while consistently meeting sales referral goals.
