We are seeking an experienced, confident, and service-driven Lead Concierge to oversee front desk operations and lead a dedicated concierge team. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and liaison between property management and the concierge team, ensuring service excellence, accountability, and operational consistency.
As the face of the property, you will set the standard for professionalism while delivering exceptional, anticipatory service to residents, guests, and prospects. Your day will involve managing team schedules, conducting performance coaching, and fostering a positive, service-focused culture. You will act as the primary point of contact for resolving resident concerns and ensuring compliance with uniform and presentation standards.
