As a Technical Consultant and Supervisor, you will serve as a direct leader for laboratory personnel and manage the performance of all laboratory testing. This role is designed to ensure the laboratory meets all accreditation requirements and applicable OSHA standards while serving as a resource medical technologist in your assigned section. You will develop and maintain policies, standards, and quality control practices, overseeing lab safety and maintenance. The position requires acting as a liaison to other departments of the medical center for the appropriate laboratory specialty and evaluating new developments in instrumentation and automation for possible implementation.
