The Lead, Client Success is a senior individual contributor dedicated to independently managing a defined book of mid-tier client accounts or agency relationships. Operating without dedicated sales support, this role serves as the primary point of contact for all delivery, tactical questions, and operational needs. You will own the full lifecycle of client engagement, from day-to-day execution and communication to renewals and project management, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of all contractual commitments.
This position exists to drive retention and long-term account value by building strong, trust-based relationships. You will partner closely with commercial leadership to define growth targets and success metrics, acting as the bridge between client expectations and internal delivery capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and client-facing communication, translating complex data methodologies into clear, actionable insights for clients.
