About the Role

At Sunrise at North Hills, the Lead Care Manager serves as the guiding force for a group of Care Managers during each shift. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about championing the quality of life for all seniors by ensuring that care and services are provided consistently and documented accurately in alignment with each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

You will lead by example, demonstrating our mission to promote the highest degree of quality care while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve fostering meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and your team. You will support your team as they provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care, encourage personalized resident participation in life enrichment, and coach staff on hospitality standards during meal service. By bridging gaps in documentation and managing shift logistics, you ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment where seniors can thrive.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates will participate in a group interview process that includes a job preview video and a community tour. Successful candidates must complete required pre-employment screenings and health evaluations in accordance with applicable laws. Depending on local mandates, vaccination for Covid-19 and Influenza may be required.
