In this entry-level position, you will implement the mission of the Deaf Services Division by supporting individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will work collaboratively with a team to supervise the daily activities of program residents, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling to help them increase their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Your day-to-day impact involves following individualized plans to assist residents with medication management, finances, and community integration. You will ensure a clean, safe, and home-like environment while treating every individual with dignity and respect in accordance with our Human Rights Policy. This role is designed for those ready to make a difference in the lives of others.
