Are you a hands-on professional ready to make a tangible impact? We are seeking a Lead Building Custodian to join our dedicated Maintenance team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between site management, program staff, and external vendors, ensuring our facilities, grounds, and vehicles remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Your day will involve developing daily work lists, coordinating maintenance and environmental service tasks, and executing hands-on projects ranging from carpentry and plumbing to electrical repairs and floor care. You will also lead monthly safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and manage routine upkeep, including lawn care and snow removal. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where their mechanical skills and attention to detail directly contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
