About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care & Fertilization Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed for a professional who takes pride in their work and can independently manage a daily service route with a keen eye for detail and safety. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn fertilization and pest control services while providing knowledgeable, professional interactions with our residential and commercial clients.
In this position, you will serve as the face of our company on customer properties. Your day involves diagnosing lawn issues, identifying turfgrass types, weeds, and diseases, and making informed recommendations. You will mix and apply treatments in strict accordance with label directions and state regulations, ensuring every service is performed safely and effectively. Beyond the technical work, you will communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and follow-up needs, maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all vehicles and equipment remain clean and well-maintained.
