About the Role

The Maintenance Technician – Laundry is responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as the physical features of the laundry equipment. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and friendly environment while providing general maintenance and cleaning of the laundry facility and equipment.

check_circleDrive laundry truck when needed to support facility operations
check_circleClean up surrounding areas upon completion of maintenance tasks
check_circleMaintain boilers, pumps, and replace air filters on AC units regularly

Requirements
