About the Role
As a Laundry Associate, you will be the face of the store, reporting directly to a General Manager. Your primary mission is to maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring the facility remains a safe and welcoming space. You will serve as the first point of contact for shoppers, guiding them through machine selection, operation, and retail purchases.
