About the Role
As a member of the Late-Stage LNP Process Development team, you will join a collaborative group conducting laboratory studies to support the process development, scale-up, and characterization of LNP clinical-stage drug products. This role is designed for individuals eager to contribute to establishing robust manufacturing solutions for nucleic acid-based therapies.
In this highly cross-functional position, you will support the refinement of process controls and deepen process understanding for multiple programs at various stages of clinical development. Your day-to-day will involve executing routine analytics, performing experiments under expert guidance, and organizing data to present findings to the team. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by managing laboratory equipment, ordering critical reagents, and authoring essential technical documentation.
Hiring Process
Candidates living within a commutable distance of Boston, MA, are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime as needed.

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: B.S. degree in chemical/biomedical engineering, chemistry, or biological sciences with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience; M.S. degree in biological or biochemical sciences with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience; Proficiency in bench-scale drug product manufacturing of LNPs; Experience with T-mixing and TFF processes; Experience with DLS and osmolality for in-process monitoring; and Experience with ELN systems such as Benchling.
