The Landscape Crew Leader is a pivotal role designed to lead a team of exterior service technicians in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.
Your day will involve leading a team while actively participating in landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, weed management, and utilizing specialized equipment. You will facilitate on-the-job training regarding processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices to ensure an injury-free working environment. By leveraging technology for work order management and troubleshooting priorities, you will uphold company policies and standards of ethics, integrity, and safety.
