As a Land Planning and Development Manager at Taylor Morrison, you will serve as a strategic partner in the homebuilding lifecycle. Your primary mission is to navigate the complex landscape of land acquisition, planning, and development to ensure successful project delivery. You will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution, guiding new projects from initial due diligence through to final entitlements and agency approvals.
In this role, you will manage a diverse team of consultants, including attorneys, civil engineers, and landscape architects. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the bid process, maintaining rigorous project schedules and budgets, and collaborating closely with field Project Managers to keep development strategies on track. You will be the primary point of contact for government agencies and external partners, ensuring that plats and improvement plans are secured efficiently to meet the Division's goals.
