As a Land Development Superintendent at Taylor Morrison, you will serve as the operational anchor for company-owned property development. Your primary mission is to coordinate onsite land development activities with precision and efficiency, ensuring that business plans and financial objectives are met. You will play an integral role in managing subcontractors, enforcing trade-specific scopes of work, and maintaining strict adherence to agency criteria and company expectations.
This position requires a proactive leader who can anticipate obstacles and propose favorable solutions. You will act as the central communication hub between land development trades, home construction teams, sales, and external stakeholders like HOAs and CDDs. Your day-to-day focus involves directing general contractors, resolving conflicts among trades, and ensuring all improvements comply with agency requirements, plans, and BMP/SWPPP programs. Ultimately, you will drive the project toward completion, managing the process from initial permits through to the final subdivision punch list and bond release.
Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task will be considered for this role. The selection process evaluates both technical proficiency in land development and the soft skills necessary for effective reporting and negotiation.

We do not discriminate against any candidate or employee on the basis of race, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or veteran status.
