As a Land Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the future of our communities. You will work closely with the Vice President of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager to source opportunities and prepare competitive market analysis studies and reports. This position is designed for those who want a career with purpose—one built on making dreams come true, constructing zero-defect homes, managing costs, and adhering to strict schedules.
In this role, you will be the financial backbone of our division's business planning. You will summarize actual and projected financial performance, prepare gross revenue and profit margin projections, and conduct cash flow forecasts and break-even analyses. Your work will directly influence acquisition and disposition strategies, requiring you to formulate price structures, analyze deal points, and implement computerized financial proforma models for community planning. You will also act as a liaison with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies and maintain a robust market analysis database by visiting sites and analyzing competitive pricing and features.
