As a Land Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the future of our communities. Working closely with the Vice President of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager, you will be the financial backbone of our land acquisition strategy. This is a career built on purpose—making dreams come true by building zero-defect homes, managing costs, and adhering to strict schedules.
Your day will involve sourcing and preparing competitive market analysis studies, assembling financial reports, and researching deal-specific tasks. You will support the preparation of feasibility books ("Green Books"), memoranda, and other critical documentation required for corporate approval. From performing lead roles in financial analysis for Division Business Plans to formulating budgets and administering vendor contracts, you will ensure our division adheres to all financial strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of the local competitive market.
