About the Role

The Laborer I is an entry-level position serving as a key part of the construction crew. This role is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support concrete construction operations, contributing to the efficient and safe completion of structures such as foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools and equipment. The work involves pouring vertical concrete, installing reshores per instructions, and moving materials by hand. This position requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength, often working during inclement weather and being exposed to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust depending on the project site.
