About the Role
The Lab Manager serves as a vital member of the leadership team, overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all testing and results. This role is critical for maintaining regulatory and company standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a team of lab technicians, guiding them through a wide range of tests on raw materials, packaging, in-process samples, and finished products. Beyond technical oversight, you will drive culture change by modeling a positive attitude and innovative thinking that contributes directly to the business strategy.
