About the Role

As an L1 Additive Operator in Boardman, OR, you will be the guardian of our batter and condiment systems. This role is critical to maintaining the consistency and quality of our products on the production line. Your day will involve constant monitoring of the batter system, ensuring precise sugar mix tank concentrations, and managing the flow of ingredients to the formed line hopper.

You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety and sanitation are paramount. From safely handling batter bags to assembling and disassembling equipment, your hands-on involvement ensures the line runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory through product codes and manifests, communicating any issues to the appropriate personnel, and performing necessary cut changes and defrost procedures.
