As a Manager at Metro Diner, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare required paperwork, forms, reports, and labor schedules based on business activity
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and municipal health, safety, and labor regulations
- check_circleEnsure all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- check_circleControl cash and other receipts to maintain financial accuracy
- check_circleMonitor food preparation and service to ensure consistency with recipes, portioning, and standards
Nice to Have
Experience as a Manager in a fast-paced work environment. Motivation to support team professional development. Working experience in preparing paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules. Knowledge of scheduling labor by anticipated business activity. Experience implementing corrective action in a prompt, fair, and consistent manner. A complete understanding of all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor requirements.
