About the Women & Children Program
The Women & Children program is a voluntary, collaborative program that strives to empower women to build resources and personal skills to break the barriers that come with addiction as individuals, family members, and members of their local community. This program offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, day care services for children under 12, individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatry and medicated assisted treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe food for clients enrolled in residential substance use disorder programs
- check_circleOrder and maintain inventory of food and supplies for residential and IOP programs
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with vendors regarding program needs
- check_circleOperate commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and dish machines
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to ensure a safe food preparation environment
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedAt least one (1) year of cooking experience with quantities of 100 or greater or completion of cooking school
- verifiedBasic to Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- verifiedAvailability to work part time schedule Monday - Friday 10:00am-2:00pm
Nice to Have
At least one (1) year of cooking experience with quantities of 100 or greater or completion of cooking school. Hospital catering experience; hotel and restaurant experience.
