About the Role
The Kids Club Associate is the primary caregiver responsible for the safety, security, and well-being of children within the gym's Kids Club. This role serves as the foundation for a positive experience for members and their families, ensuring a secure environment where children can engage in supervised play and learning.
In this position, you will be the face of the Kids Club, portraying a fun and energetic demeanor while managing daily operations. Your day involves organizing and participating in recreational activities, reading stories, and teaching simple crafts and songs. You will be accountable for children at all times, from the moment they are signed in via the Parental ID check-in process until they are released to their guardians. The role also requires maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, managing toy storage, and handling age-appropriate activities on a weekly basis.
