About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth and build strong partnerships with regional and national customers and distribution partners. This role is designed for an energetic professional passionate about commercial cleaning applications, retail operations, and food safety. You will serve as a strategic advisor, communicating value from the C-Suite down to store-level personnel. While the role involves technical service and revenue management, the primary focus is on maintaining relationships, identifying new product opportunities, and improving gross profit for assigned accounts. Ideal candidates will reside in the Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular personal visits
  • check_circleSecure account penetration and loyalty by introducing new innovations and reporting
  • check_circleDrive customer engagement at all levels through periodic Business Reviews
  • check_circleDevelop and qualify leads through cold-calling, partner-selling, and social selling
  • check_circlePresent multi-product solution opportunities through training and demonstrations
  • check_circleProvide customer training and support across the entire enterprise
  • check_circleComplete administrative duties including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
  • verifiedMinimum of 2-5 years of B2B sales experience
