About the Role

This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family. The core mission is to represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions, a process that entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. Agents will also employ strategic prospecting methods to identify new clients interested in buying or selling property.

To ensure success, the role provides thorough, hands-on sales training for team members at every stage of their career. Agents are equipped with access to the industry's most efficient platforms to scout leads and close deals. Whether you are already licensed or currently in the process of obtaining your license, you are encouraged to apply. Unlicensed applicants will be contacted by a partnered real estate school with guidance on obtaining their license before being considered for the position.

Hiring Process
