This position is designed for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is ready to take the next step. You will partner with Staff Accountants and the rest of the team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial data. The role involves assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations for multiple Homeowners Associations, as well as participating in full-cycle accounting processes including balance sheet preparation and general ledger maintenance.
You will handle specific operational tasks such as processing escrow documents for resale and Move-in/Move-out coordination, managing late fee processing based on collection resolutions, and supporting the annual budget process by building templates and tracking completions. Success in this role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with full-cycle accounting beyond just QuickBooks.
