About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to join our client's team in Mesa, AZ. This is a direct-hire, long-term position based in their new facility, with a secondary location in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires candidates to work on-site.
In this position, you will serve as the critical bridge between customer needs and engineering execution. You will interface directly with clients to gather requirements and design specifications, performing the necessary engineering analysis to generate proposals, quotes, contracts, and orders. Once an order is placed, you will collaborate with key designers and manufacturing personnel to guide the project through completion in the company's fabrication facilities.
You will be empowered to make strategic decisions and navigate trade-offs regarding design, performance, and cost. Beyond individual project execution, you will be responsible for developing new customer accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and owning designs from the initial concept phase through final delivery.

- verifiedExperience with thermal analysis, fluids, heat transfer, HTIR, ASME Codes, Welding Standards
- verifiedIndustry experience in power generation, heat recovery, gas compression, defense, aerospace, data center cooling, chemical processing, HVAC, semiconductor/clean rooms
- verifiedExcellent verbal/written communication skills
- verifiedProject Management skills
