The Junior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer will perform RF Test, Evaluation, Integration, and configuration evaluations of US Navy warfare systems. This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Electromagnetic Effects Division (B50) by providing critical B30 RF Engineering Support.
In this role, you will engage in Environmental Electromagnetic Effects (E3) computation and RF modeling and simulation. You will analyze Electronic Warfare (EW), communication, and radar systems, developing detailed test plans and participating in test planning meetings and readiness reviews. Your day-to-day work involves performing RF/E3 testing, gathering and post-processing data, and preparing detailed test reports. You will also review technical documentation and contribute to technical meeting support.
