About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting Department in our New York office. This role serves as a vital support function for the project accounting team, focusing on billing, cost tracking, and financial administration. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to prepare invoices, maintain accurate project data, and assist with the overall financial management of assigned projects. As you grow, you will build toward full Project Accountant responsibilities, collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate billing and cost coding.
