About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned associate attorney to join our New York defense practice in Downstate New York. This position offers a significant opportunity for a litigator with 10+ years of experience to handle complex matters within a supportive environment. You will be part of a trial firm that is deeply committed to training the next generation of trial lawyers.

In this role, you will manage all phases of New York defense litigation, from discovery and motion practice to trial preparation. You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and lead court conferences, depositions, and hearings. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment and a work ethic that allows them to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring compliance with client and carrier guidelines while managing multiple matters and deadlines.
