We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer to join our team supporting a state government client. In this entry-level position, you will work under direct supervision to design, code, test, modify, and troubleshoot software applications. Your primary mission is to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable development solutions while supporting configuration activities for the GenTax® COTS application.
This role is designed for a dependable developer eager to grow in a structured environment. You will collaborate effectively within a small team, working alongside technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders to resolve application issues and ensure system reliability.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical junior developer with hands-on exposure to .NET and SQL. You should be coachable, resilient, and comfortable working under supervision while managing development, testing, documentation, and system configuration tasks. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential as you navigate the complexities of public sector software development.
Candidates selected for this position must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card/Permanent Residents and must be local to Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate to Georgia for the duration of the contract.
