About the Role
Scosche Industries is seeking a production-ready Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing e-commerce needs. This role specializes in Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and A+ content, partnering closely with our Lead Designer to handle high-volume design production. By managing these production-heavy tasks, the position provides immediate bandwidth to increase team capacity and efficiency, allowing senior design staff to focus on strategy, innovation, and advanced creative work.
The ideal candidate will "hit the ground running" with the technical proficiency to execute professional-grade assets immediately. While maintaining a focus on high-quality output, you will also continue to develop skills in motion graphics and emerging AI design tools within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Work Environment
This position offers a fast-paced, deadline-driven workflow. The role is intended to be in-house or hybrid, with a desired location in California. The environment requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, along with the ability to communicate effectively via video, phone, and written channels.
