This team partners closely with Key Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional groups to optimize the digital customer experience and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

About the Role

The eCommerce Merchandising Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth and performance of Hansgrohe's eCommerce business. This position serves as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers, bridging the gap between data insights and actionable merchandising strategies. The role exists to enhance online presence and drive sales by optimizing product listings, analyzing market trends, and ensuring data integrity across major platforms like Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Costco.

In this role, you will dive into performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex metrics into clear recommendations for the business. Your day-to-day involves managing product content to align with brand standards, executing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met. You will be at the forefront of the digital customer journey, ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility to maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAssist in addressing customer and account-related inquiries to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

Nice to Have

Experience with eCommerce customers such as Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair, Costco, and Build. Familiarity with platforms and tools including Salsify, Profitero, TrackStreet, and Bazaarvoice. Knowledge of internal tools like AO, SAC, Confluence, Celum, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
