About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead and influence efforts across Amazon to define near and long-term customer experiences for discovering, purchasing, and managing subscriptions and bundles. Working backwards from a customer experience North Star, you will envision, innovate, and iteratively explore concepts alongside product and development teams.
You will identify, define, and propose new design patterns and features that delight customers across various touch-points. This role requires a conceptual thinker who can analyze and break work down into phased initiatives, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs to address unmet customer needs. You will thrive on iterative exploration of both incremental and large-scale solutions, ensuring technical feasibility while maintaining a deep curiosity about how things work.
