As a Junior Field Services Engineer, you will partner with the best to deliver a wide range of services, including standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies equipment. You will work specifically on Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray testing machine hardware and software at both Waygate facilities and customer locations.
This role is designed for an engineer looking to take the next step in their career by working with cutting-edge technology. After completing a rigorous technical training program, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial X-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment. You will provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits, complete service reports and administrative documentation, and drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Safety monitoring is a core part of executing all work scopes.
This position requires extensive travel, expected to exceed 70% of the time. Candidates must be willing to live within driving distance of an airport and possess a valid driver's license and passport (or the ability to obtain one).
