Working Conditions
This is a full-time, office-based role located in our modern, cozy headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance, with standard working hours set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet up and execute payments and prepare financial statements including PNL and cash flow
- check_circleComplete account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- check_circleProcess and maintain primary source documents for financial records
- check_circleCategorize and post transactions in QuickBooks while maintaining a chart of accounts
- check_circleManage ongoing compliance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in QuickBooks
Requirements
- verified1+ years business bookkeeping experience
- verifiedAccounting/Finance/Business education or equivalent practical experience
- verifiedExperience with online banking platforms
