The Role
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will review parts sold by route salesmen, prepare bank account reconciliations, and gather detailed information for journal entries to ensure accurate data entry into our accounting system. Your work will involve collaborating with the IT department to obtain and analyze commission data, verifying general ledger expenses with location managers, and preparing Federal Excise Tax spreadsheets. Additionally, you will review intercompany expense allocations, coordinate warranty and parts return reports, and reconcile credit card receipts. This role requires close coordination with the Accounting Department to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless financial operations.
