This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a Junior Accountant. The role is designed for an individual with at least one year of experience in journal entries and month-end close who is immediately available to start. While the position requires five days per week in the office initially, it offers the flexibility of one day of remote work once the candidate transitions to a permanent status.
A key component of this position is the opportunity to engage with payroll operations. The successful candidate will either bring prior payroll experience or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. You will work closely with the HR team to manage employee data changes and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Candidates must be immediately available to start. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with the required accounting foundation and the adaptability to grow into payroll responsibilities within the nonprofit sector.
